Prosperity1000 Plus - Terms and Conditions

2. I am of legal age in the state or country of my residency.

3. I will not represent, in any manner, that I am an agent, employee or legal representative of Pathway to Prosperity or Prosperity1000 Plus. The company reserves the right to cancel my membership if I refuse to adhere to the rules of this agreement, or for any misrepresentation or unethical practices. Any and all forms of advertising or marketing MUST be pre-approved in writing by Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus Management.

4. My position in the referral marketing program is not the result of any sale of a franchise.

5. As a member of Pathway to Prosperity's Prosperity1000 Plus program, I shall place primary emphasis upon the obtaining of members who are currently non-members. In presenting Pathway to Prosperity's Prosperity1000 Plus program and the member position to prospects, such presentations shall be made strictly according to the following format (my member position may be terminated if I fail to do so); As a membership format program, to comply with changes in federal, national, state or local laws, Pathway to Prosperity's Prosperity1000 Plus program may introduce new Terms & Conditions to those contained in this agreement as existing, modified or replaced from time to time, as well as to modify the compensation program. all such Terms & Conditions and Compensation Program Modifications, and all changes thereto, shall become a binding part of this agreement upon their publication on the official Pathway to Prosperity's Prosperity1000 Plus program website or any companion sites relative to the Pathway to Prosperity or Prosperity1000 Plus.

6. No Attorney General or other regulatory authority ever reviews, endorses or approves any product, compensation plan or company and I will NOT make any such claims to others.

7. My member position can be inherited or bequeathed, but cannot be sold, transferred or assigned during my lifetime without the prior consent of Pathway to Prosperity and/or Prosperity1000 Plus, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

8. I will not promote my Membership business nor use the Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus name, trade names, logos, sales materials, trademarks or service members of Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus, except in materials provided by Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus or approved in writing by Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus prior to their use by me.

9. Unauthorized use or duplication of trademarks or copyrighted material is violation of federal laws. Any such violation will be pursued under the laws in force at the time of the violation.

10. I am personally responsible for supporting members I sponsor into the Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus.

11. I will maintain monthly communications and support with members of my team by way of any of the following methods: Personal Contact, Telephone communications, written or email communications, and attendance at company meetings.

12. I will not make false or misleading statements about Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus products or Membership positions.

13. Display of income checks and /or the making of income projections to prospective Members are prohibited.

14. Membership lists and names are the property of Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus and may never be used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus.

15. I agree to a $10.00 Membership Fee for the initial phase of the business which is called 'Emerald $100 Club Plan.' The Emerald Plan acts as a 'feeder' program to the Prosperity1000 Plus Plan. The $10.00 sign up fee feeds into a compensation plan called 'Infinity X 2,' meaning you may sponsor as wide as you choose but only 2 levels in depth. The plan is designed to allow an individual the benefit of starting their business with only $10.00 and leveraging that $10.00 into over $35,000.00 per month. The Optimum method is to build a 5 X 2 organization. When you complete this plan the first time, the company deducts $10.00 for re-entry back into this plan, plus $10.00 for Admin/Leadership/Charity and $39.95 to leverage you into the Prosperity 1000 Plus Plan (That plan pays over $35,000 per month when completed) you will then receive a check for the balance. Once my Propsperity 1000 position is earning $40.00 or more per month, I will be 'free' in both clubs (as long as they are active) and will receive full earning from both clubs.

You may receive compensation in the Emerald Plan without completing the 5 X 2 structure. However, you must have earned at least $50.00 in commissions based on the posted commission schedule. In such case, $10.00 with be deducted for Re-entry and $10.00 for Admin/Leadership/Charity fee leaving you with a check for $30.00 as the balance. REMEMBER, in this case, you have NOT completed the Emerald Plan and therefore have NOT met the requirements for leverage into the Prosperity 1000 Plan. You may accomplish this on the next cycle by helping your business partners build their groups. Your upline is always available to assist you as part of their sponsorship.

16. I agree to a Membership Fee for Prosperity1000 Plus of $39.95 per month. I understand and agree that the membership allows me to receive cash back for helping to promote the membership to my own sphere of friends, relatives and associates. Additionally I understand and agree that the membership program uses a 5 X 5 level referral matrix to promote the membership and that Prosperity 1000 Plus chooses to provide cash incentives for said promotion. In so doing, Prosperity 1000 Plus has agreed to pay referral checks as listed here: (1) See CURRENT COMP PLAN ... This process of monthly referral and reward will continue as long as member remains in good standing and pays their monthly renewal fee. There are no limits to the number of personal referrals or to the amounts paid to referring members.

17. I understand and agree to a $2.00 service charge for each credit card transaction initiated to either accomplishment my original signup or facilitate any monthly commitment. Said fee will be collected at the time of the transaction. This Fee is waived for checks, cash or Money orders.

The parties hereto agree that:

1. This agreement shall be deemed in effect upon receipt and acceptance by Pathway to Prosperity/Prosperity1000 Plus at its home office: Pathway to Prosperity c/o Prosperity1000 Plus, 12893 SE 26th Ave., Milwaukie, Oregon 97222

2. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

3. Any claim, dispute or other difference between the parties shall be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Company Arbitration Rules of the State of Oregon.
